A few words from past clients about their home buying experience with Real Estate Consultant Adrian La Fosse.

The Givens Family

Family on the move, QUICK!

The Givens family were moving from Washington state with their two children. They wanted to get their children in new schools and get moved in as quickly as possible. This plan all hinged on them finding just the right house, in the best neighborhood with the best schools. Two and a half weeks after there arrival into Columbia, they were moving into their new home that has it all.

The White's

One and half years to a quick move: I met the White's a year and a half before their move from Virginia. They knew they were moving to Columbia in the future but were unsure of the exact time frame. After Larry took a job locally, they put their house on the market. Just as Larry was starting his new job, their house sold. So it took a possible slow move into a quick move. It had been several years since their last move but they made it through it all and love their new home.

The Muhammad Family

Home is important to this military family: Army Chaplin Muhammad and his family are used to moving but this was a special move for the Muhammad's. They had been stationed in Germany for the last several years. It was time to come back stateside to a comfortable environment and house to make a new home. They had very specific needs. We found a new home that has it all and more. As a bonus, it is on a lake too.

The Smith Family

Buying a Home on the Internet: The Smith Family were living in Korea when I met them online. They were very specific in their needs for a new home. When a home became available with their criteria, even though they had not arrived stateside yet, they were able to write a contract on the home and close on the home within days of arriving in Columbia. All of the paperwork, contracts, videos and pictures were delivered using the power of the Internet. Actually, I sell several homes a year this exact same way using the Internet.

Mia

Single Parent: Mia is a single parent and soldier at Fort Jackson. I met Mia while she was still stationed in Germany. Proximity to work as well as schools and activities for son was very important to Mia. Within two days of searching we found a new construction home with all the extras to make it move-in ready, within 12 minutes of Fort Jackson, in the great Richland 2 school district and right next door to a community center with after school programs for her son.

The Noel's

The Noel's are a military family transferring to Fort Jackson. They were first time home buyers as well. See and hear what they have to say about working with Realtor Adrian La Fosse in their home search in the Columbia South Carolina real estate market.

Kay & Len

First Time home buyers Len & Kay were PCSing (relocating) to the Columbia area after Len graduated from Drill Sergeant school. Kay was still in Virginia while Len was stuck in classes nearly all day. How did they find their first home? Many e-mails, photos and videos between Kay and I and a couple of focused house hunting days with Len and they had the best house at their budget with many extras that they didn't know that they could afford.

Dexter & Tameka

Air Force family Dexter and Tameka were relocating to South Carolina from out of state. They decided they were most interested in building a new home. They came to Columbia in advance of their move and after finding a neighborhood picked out a lot, floorplan and custom features, and went back home. Less than four months later, they moved in to their new home.

Mike & Katie

First-time home buyers Mike & Katie needed a house ASAP and wanted the best deal possible. Not only did they close within 3 weeks, we negotiated down payment AND closing cost assistance from the sellers. Mission accomplished. P.S. Mike owns an auto repair shop just around the corner from his new house, Dentsville Auto at the junction of I-20 and Two Notch Rd.

Traci & Marco

The Back Story: I met Traci and Marco while they were stationed in Germany, soon coming stateside to Fort Jackson. Early on they decided they would like to have a house built. A couple months after starting construction on their new home, their situation improved and could then purse a better house. A couple of months after starting the 2nd house, their situation improved once again and could now purchase the home of their dreams, a house that both could be proud of. I love happy endings.
